Bio

Nico Holtz has been involved in principal investing and investment banking since 2014. Prior to re-joining Linden, he was a Vice President with Health Catalyst Capital in New York, where he evaluated and executed growth equity investments in healthcare technology and technology-enabled services. Previously, Mr. Holtz was Director of M&A at Avalign Technologies, a Linden portfolio company, after spending two years as an Associate on Linden’s investment team. He began his career in investment banking at Peter J. Solomon Company where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Nico holds a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
