Mr. Garcia brings a broad based knowledge of the private equity sector and public markets. As an investment professional since 1998, Mr. Garcia has been involved in the operational side of private equity and portfolio management in the securities industry. His main operational responsibilities have included investment due diligence, managing back office operations and managing portfolio company relationships. Mr. Garcia served as the Controller of a Lincoln Park Capital portfolio company, Omnisure Group, LLC, a leading specialty finance company. Prior to joining Lincoln Park Capital, Mr. Garcia while working alongside other Lincoln Park principals handled all aspects of the back office operations of an investment fund that funded or committed to fund over $750 million in public company financings. Mr. Garcia has worked for a boutique public accounting firm with extensive experience in the broker dealer and financial industries. Mr. Garcia earned a BS in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Mr. Garcia stays involved in his community and volunteers his time coaching youth sports.
