Mr. Vogel since 1995 has worked with investment firms, managers and groups including extensive involvement in direct investments in the public equity markets as well secondary market investments. As an investor, CFO, financial professional and Financial Operations Principal, Mr. Vogel has counseled for over 24 years various financial firms and members of the various regulatory bodies on the structuring of their operations and capital. He also has extensive experience with companies in various stages of their life cycle including startups and businesses in an active mode of expansion. Mr. Vogel was an integral part of the Executive Management team of a Lincoln Park Capital portfolio company, Omnisure Group, LLC, a leading specialty finance company. Mr. Vogel is a CPA and FINRA Series 27 certified holding a BA with honors from Graham School of Management at Saint Xavier University. Mr. Vogel actively supports and serves several non-profit organizations based in Chicago and West Michigan.
