Mr. Kerewich joined Lincoln Park Capital in 2011 and contributes a unique background and understanding of the capital markets for public companies. Since joining Lincoln Park Mr. Kerewich has been an integral part in the identification, analysis and structuring of over 100 public company investments. Prior to his tenure, Mr. Kerewich managed a research tool that is widely used by professionals that are active in the public markets called PrivateRaise, a service of The Deal. Responsibilities included the analysis of private offerings (e.g. Registered Directs, CMPOs, PIPEs, Equity Lines of Credit, ATMs, Convertible and non-Convertible instruments), client services, consulting projects for Investment Banks, Investment Funds and Law Firms as well as the business development of the database. Previous experience also includes working as a consultant to companies assisting in capital raises, as a sales professional in the telecommunications industry and he was a professional athlete. Mr. Kerewich earned a BA in Communications from The Ohio State University while being an active member in the Sigma Chi Fraternity and Captain of the Division I Men’s Volleyball program.
