Nadine joined Liberta Partners in 2021 as HR Director. Her focus is on the learning and development of organisations and employees. Before joining Liberta Partners. Nadine worked for Webasto, MAN and Telekom, among others. In her previous positions, she was responsible for the international management of executives. Nadine specialises in competence, organisational development and culture work. Her focus is on aligning organisations with regard to the New Work approach.
