Deepa Thimmapaya is a Vice President and Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in advising on legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Lexington in 2019, Ms. Thimmapaya was an associate in the private funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and prior to that she was a senior consultant at Monitor Group. Ms. Thimmapaya graduated from Northwestern University with a BA (Honors) in economics and American studies, and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Law School with an MBA and a JD.
