Tim is responsible for Capital’s private equity strategy, including leading our team of investment professionals; sourcing and analyzing opportunities for new investment, negotiation, and execution of transactions; and post-execution oversight and governance of our portfolio companies – FTL Finance, Ovation Holdings, SureCam, and Valley Minerals. He is also on the Board of Brace for Impact 46, a not-for-profit organization targeting support for Haiti and North St. Louis. Both Tim and his wife Jenny have traveled to Haiti several times in recent years to support the organization’s efforts. They enjoy spending time with their four children and traveling. 20+ years of senior leadership experience across a variety of industries, including many parallels to our existing portfolio. Worked for companies in the service, technology, manufacturing and chemical sectors ranging from startup mode to a global business with over $6B in revenue. Two of those companies were private equity backed, including West Star Aviation which recently sold.
