Bio

Jeff Kropp joined LLCP in 2020 and currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel. In this capacity, he assists with the legal and compliance aspects of LLCP’s investment activities and business affairs. Prior to joining LLCP, Jeff was Counsel & Director of Compliance at Empyrean Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund, where he advised the firm on legal and compliance matters. He began his career at Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles as a member of the Corporate group. Jeff received a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
