Bio

Carlos is an experienced corporate banker that has provided financing to and worked with more than 300 management teams over the last 13 years. During his career Carlos has screened more than 1,000 different businesses and managed $5Bn in assets. During his most recent role as Managing Director in BMO Corporate Finance Carlos was involved in multiple Private Equity transactions in Canada and the U.S. including Management Buy-Outs and Leveraged Buy-Outs. Carlos holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA for the University of Calgary.
