Bio

Shlomo Perl is the Director of Finance and Accounting at Lee Equity Partners. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Perl worked at KPMG in their Asset Management Practice. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of financial statement audits of private equity, hedge funds and investment advisors with a wide range of investment strategies and structures. Mr. Perl also advised clients on accounting issues and financial statement disclosures and ensured the reliability, quality and integrity of the financial statements. Mr. Perl holds a B.S. in Accounting from Baruch College. Mr. Perl is a Certified Public Accountant (NY) and Accredited in Business Valuation. He is a member of the NY State Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.
