Joseph B. Rotberg is Partner, the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer at Lee Equity Partners. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Rotberg spent 14 years at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), most recently as the CFO of its Specialty Consulting businesses where he had primary responsibility for all financial matters including accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury and tax for the firm’s 50+ offices in 25 countries. While at Mercer, Mr. Rotberg led the acquisition and due diligence processes for multiple consulting acquisitions which resulted in significant geographic and capability expansion of the firm. From 1986 to 1992, he held the position of Regional Controller and then Worldwide Director of Internal Audit at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1986, Mr. Rotberg was an Analyst and Accountant at Salomon Brothers, Inc. and a senior auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Rotberg serves on the boards of directors of Captive Resources. Mr. Rotberg received a B.S. in Accounting from the School of Professional Accountancy at the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University, with cum laude honors. Mr. Rotberg is a Certified Public Accountant (NY-Active) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and NY State Society of CPAs.
