Bio

Boipelo is part of the external finance team at LeapFrog and is responsible for the financial reporting to investors. Before joining LeapFrog, Boipelo worked as a financial accountant at Value Capital Partners, an investment company which holds minority positions in listed companies and acts as an engaged shareholder. Prior to that, Boipelo worked in the IFRS technical department at PwC where she provided technical advice, presented IFRS training to the audit teams and reviewed the financial statements of listed entities for IFRS and Regulatory compliance. Boipelo completed her articles at PwC and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance and Accounting) and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
