Karen Mann Bio

Karen focuses on identifying backable businesses and management teams who can benefit from private equity investment in order to support growth plans. Karen joined LDC in 2021 after having spent over three years in leveraged finance with Lloyds Bank where she focused on mid-market private equity-backed transactions across a broad range of sectors. Prior to banking, Karen spent over 12 years with Deloitte based in Birmingham, Dubai and London; working on transactions across UK, Europe and Middle East. Karen qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and graduated from the University of Warwick in Mathematics and Statistics.
