Bio

Philippe joined LBO France in 2004 to develop the newly set up Small Cap buyout fund Hexagone. He had over 20 years of experience in the French industry running companies which operated in numerous and diversified businesses. At the end of 2009, Philippe became CEO of a portfolio company to manage the turnaround. Once the results became positive, he handled and managed the transition of the group with the new shareholders and he came back to LBO France in April 2016. Philippe graduated from ISG Business school (Paris). He also taught the manufacturing management at the Engineer school INSA (Lyon).
