Jérôme joined LBO France in 1999. Since then, Jerome has led and executed several deals, including Alvest, Exxelia and RG Safety. He spent over five years as a lawyer with Freshfields, specializing in business and tax law. Jérôme graduated from Telecom Paris Engineering school and also passed the Bar Exam.
