Bio

Mike Hayes joined Lake Capital in 2001. Mike is responsible for the Firm's financial administration and investor reporting, as well as certain tax- and accounting-related matters with respect to portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lake Capital, he spent eleven years with Arthur Andersen in the tax and business advisory practice. Mike earned a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a certified public accountant.
