Bio

Mr Motomachi is a Vice President with the Asia Fund and is based in Tokyo. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr Motomachi was a Director based in Tokyo with Longreach. He was involved in investments including Nippon Outsourcing Corporation, Kohikan Corporation, Chat Noir Company, Pokka Create and Japan Systems, across the consumer, technology, and business services sectors. Before his stint at Longreach, Tomoki was with GCA Corporation, a boutique investment bank, where he mainly engaged in various cross-border M&A transactions. Mr Motomachi started his career with ITOCHU Corporation, Tokyo in their Infrastructure Sector, Machinery Division. Mr. Motomachi received a Bachelor of International Liberal Studies from Waseda University, Tokyo, and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University.
