Mr. LaCalamito is the Vice President, Management Company Controller at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. LaCalamito spent ten years at KPMG LLP. He was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Financial Services Audit Practice, focusing on global diversified financial services clients. Mr. LaCalamito has extensive experience with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and capital market transactions, such as initial public offerings, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. LaCalamito earned his B.S. in Accounting and M.B.A. at Marist College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
