Ms. Haider is a Partner focused on Impact Investing. Prior to rejoining L Catterton, Ms. Haider was the Chief Growth Officer of Harry’s Inc., where she was responsible for incubating and acquiring new brands, as well as overseeing their operations after launch or acquisition. During her tenure at Harry’s, the company not only launched two highly disruptive CPG brands across the personal care and pet spaces, but also successfully completed a transformative M&A transaction. Previously, Ms. Haider was a Principal in L Catterton's Growth Fund focused on investments in the beauty, personal care, apparel, and pet categories. Prior to L Catterton, she was an investor at Castanea Partners, a consumer focused middle-market private equity firm, and a member of the Strategy and New Business Development team at the Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in prestige beauty. Ms. Haider began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. Ms. Haider graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University with a degree in economics and philosophy, and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
