Mr. Nugent is a Partner at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Nugent was an investment professional at Freeman Spogli & Co., a middle-market private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts and growth investments in the consumer and distribution sectors. Previously, Mr. Nugent was an Associate at Golden Gate Capital, a middle-market private equity firm investing across multiple sectors. He began his career as consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Nugent graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
