Ms. Druckman is a Vice President at L Catterton. Previously, Ms. Druckman was the Chief of Staff to the Global CFO and COO. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Druckman was a Senior Associate in the M&A group at WeWork, where she was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and strategic investments. Ms. Druckman started her career as an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ms. Druckman graduated cum laude from the School of Engineering at Vanderbilt University where she received a B.S. in Engineering Science.
