Mr. Fackelmayer is a Principal, Head of Business Development at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Fackelmayer was a Vice President at Eight Roads Ventures where he sourced, evaluated and executed growth-stage investments. Before Eight Roads, Mr. Fackelmayer spent four years at Summit Partners as a Senior Associate on the Healthcare Growth Equity deal team. Mr. Fackelmayer began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. and spent time in both Global Equity Sales and Investment Banking in the Healthcare and Consumer Retail Group. Mr. Fackelmayer graduated from Union College with a B.A.in Economics and Political Science.
