Bio

Mr. Rafik is a Senior Vice President supporting Financial Reporting at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Rafik spent 8 years at Ernst & Young as a senior manager in their Assurance and Consulting practices focusing on reporting, disclosures and governance topics impacting alternative asset managers. In addition, Mr. Rafik has extensive experience with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Mr. Rafik has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.
