Ms. Lambroza is a Vice President at L Catterton focused on the Growth fund. Prior to joining L Catterton, she spent nearly 4 years at Blackstone. Most recently, Ms. Lambroza was a Senior Associate at Blackstone Growth ("BXG") where she was responsible for driving thematic sourcing efforts, executing on investments and managing portfolio work across the Consumer sector. Prior to that, Ms. Lambroza was an Associate with a generalist focus in Blackstone Capital Partners ("BCP"), the firm's buyout fund. Before Blackstone, Ms. Lambroza was a Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Lambroza graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Economics with a dual concentration in Finance and Operations, Information & Decisions. She currently serves on the Board for the New York chapter of Synergist, a national network connecting and empowering women in investing.
