Ms. Scherer is the Senior Vice President, Accounting Policy, at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Scherer spent 13 years at KPMG LLP. Most recently, Ms. Scherer was a Managing Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice with a focus on clients within the asset management, broker-dealer, and banking sectors. Ms. Scherer has extensive accounting and financial reporting experience, including capital markets transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, and accounting change. Ms. Scherer earned her B.B.A. in Accounting at Emory University – Goizueta Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant.
