Ms. Pratt is a Vice President, Investor Relations at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Chelsea was an Associate Director in the Private Funds Group at UBS Investment Bank, focused on all product offerings across both the primary and secondary advisory teams. Ms. Pratt also spent a year as an Associate Director in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at UBS. Ms. Pratt holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
