Ms. Chang is a Vice President at L Catterton focused on the firm’s cross-fund investments and portfolio operations. Prior to her current role, Ms. Chang was the Chief of Staff at L Catterton, supporting the global Co-CEOs on strategic initiatives across funds and functions. Before joining L Catterton, Ms. Chang was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York, where she provided strategic consultation to clients in the finance, technology, consumer and performing arts industries. Ms. Chang earned her B.A. in Psychology and Economics, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard University. She also holds an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.
