Bio

Ms. Hoy is a Director at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, she was a Consultant with Bain & Company. Prior to Bain, she was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a private equity firm. She has had additional experience at LinkedIn, The Blackstone Group and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Hoy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
