Mr. Gonzalez is a Vice President, Latin America at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Gonzalez worked at Altra Investments, a middle-market private equity firm investing in Latin America. While in Altra Investments, he participated in several transactions in the consumer & retail, business services, industrials, and energy sectors. Mr. Gonzalez graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes, and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish, and conversant in French and Portuguese.
