Bio

Adam is a Managing Director in the Flagship Fund. His expertise spans the consumer landscape through operating and investing experience in the specialty retail, soft goods, healthcare, services, wellness, CPG, and beauty industries. Adam rejoined L Catterton after spending 8 years as an investor in our Flagship Fund and then 2 years as CFO of our former portfolio company, Ideal Image. At Ideal Image he rebuilt the accounting, finance, tax, treasury, analytics, and supply chain functions and supported the business through our exit. Earlier in his career, Adam was the Director of Strategy at Ferrara Candy Company where he led a business transformation program spanning the marketing, sales, and supply chain functions. He also spent several years at McKinsey & Company where he was a part of the consumer-packaged goods & retail practice and focused on global assignments in supply chain, retail, finance, and business process optimization. Adam graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and graduated cum laude from Loyola University at Chicago with a B.S. in Physics. He also received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
