Bio

Mark has over 21 years of experience in private equity and investment banking across Asia, Europe and US. He worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and London during a 11-year tenure in private equity with Warburg Pincus and prior to that, he was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. Mark has extensive experience across all stages of investment activity, including diligence and investment execution and proactive engagement with investee companies and management teams. Mark holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA Political Science from Northwestern University.
