Arliadi has over 18 years of experience in investments and operations in Southeast Asia and US. He was previously with Ancora Capital Management, a mid-market private equity firm focusing on investments in Indonesia. At Ancora he was involved in deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management in the consumer and healthcare sectors where he also served as a board member for a portfolio company in the healthcare sector. Prior to Ancora, he has extensive operational experience, having held various positions in operations and consulting roles in General Motors and TransSolutions (a spin-out from American Airlines Decision Technologies) in the US. Ludi holds an MBA from the Wharton School, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and Bachelor of Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
