Mr. Tapp co-founded KT Capital Partners with Mr. Kacer. He previously spent 12 years as Managing Partner of Summit Acquisitions Group, an M&A company that he founded in 1994. During his M&A and Private Equity career, Mr. Tapp has completed more than 120 transactions. Mr. Tapp spent 7 years with Mobil Oil Corporation in various senior sales, engineering and management positions after beginning his career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Infantry. Mr. Tapp is the chairman of one nonprofit and is a director of The Estimating Edge Software Systems and Chairman of the Board of Filterworks USA, LLC. Mr. Tapp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from West Point and an MBA.
