Previously, Mollie was Global Head of Campus Recruiting-Senior Vice President for Blackstone. Mollie served in various capacities with Blackstone over a nearly 10-year period, where she was instrumental in expanding not only Blackstone’s recruiting efforts but in expanding Blackstone’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Mollie also co-chaired Blackstone’s philanthropic and volunteer initiatives. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mollie served in several roles with Wachovia Securities, Octagon Sports Marketing and Athletic Representation and Banc of Americas Securities LLC. Mollie holds a BS from Appalachian State University.
