Bio

Eric co-founded KSL in 2005, and currently serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Eric oversees KSL's Management and Investment Committees. Prior to co-founding KSL, from 2001 Eric was Chief Financial Officer of KSL Recreation, our predecessor. From 1996 to 2001, Eric was an executive with Vail Associates, where he served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations. Prior to Vail, Eric was a Consultant with McKinsey and Company. He serves as Trustee of the US Ski & Snowboard Foundation. He is a member of IREFAC (Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council), WTTC (World Travel and Tourism Council), and Real Estate Roundtable. He also serves on the University of Colorado Cancer Center Advisory Board. Eric holds a B.A. with distinction in Mathematics and Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Cornell University.
