Previously, Ellie was a Principal at Henkel Search Partners where she provided recruiting services to various buyside and financial services firms. Ellie holds a B.A. in Psychology and Education Studies from Middlebury College as well as a M.S. in Organizational Leadership and Human Capital Management from the University of Denver.
