Shavonne Correia is Head of Investor Relations & Marketing of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Ms. Correia has been named one of "Private Equity Women to Watch" by the Wall Street Journal Pro Private Equity. Prior to joining KPS in 2016, Ms. Correia was a Vice President at Pantheon Ventures. Previously, Ms. Correia was a Vice President and founding member of Mercury Capital Advisors, a global private placement firm specializing in capital raising and advisory services. Ms. Correia began her career in the Private Equity Funds Group at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Correia graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
