Prashanth Tirumalaseti is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Operations, Information Technology, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Mr. Tirumalaseti was a Vice President of Global Operations IT for Stanley Black and Decker. Prior to Stanley Black and Decker, Mr. Tirumalaseti worked with IT services companies focused on multiple ERP and digital programs. Mr. Tirumalaseti holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University and a Masters in Management, Finance & Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology.
