Greg Boguslavsky is a Principal of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2018, Mr. Boguslavsky was a Senior Associate at The Sterling Group. Prior to Sterling, he was an Associate at HGGC and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Boguslavsky holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
