Chris Overmyer is a Vice President of KPS Capital Partners, LP. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Mr. Overmyer was a Director at Levine Leichtman based in Los Angeles. Mr. Overmyer holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin.
