Bryan Assael is Vice President, Legal and Compliance of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS in 2018, Mr. Assael worked at BelHealth Investment Partners as Director of Compliance, and Vandenberg & Feliu LLP as an Associate and Legal Clerk. Mr. Assael graduated from Hunter College and received his J.D. from New York Law School.
