Alex McDonnell is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.3 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2023, pro forma for the final close of Fund VI and Mid-Cap Fund II)1 focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS, Mr. McDonnell was the Director of Business Improvement at WWRD a former KPS portfolio company. He has most recently held the position of Vice President of Business Improvement, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at Fiskars. Prior to joining WWRD, he worked at Accenture, Magna and Nissan. Mr. McDonnell received a degree in Electrical Engineering from James Watt College.
