Bio

Mr. Bonanno is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and is responsible for identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities. Mr. Bonanno joined Kohlberg in 2009 and was named a Partner in 2016. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bonanno was a Vice President of Business Development for the New York based Buyouts team of American Capital. Prior to that, he was with General Electric’s private equity investment arm. He is a member of the board of directors for Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists. Mr. Bonanno received a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
