Bio

Jon is a multidisciplinary operational leader with a history of driving impactful operational change. Prior to Knox Lane, Jon spent a decade largely focused on leadership in transformational environments, serving as the operational leader in three private equity-backed companies in partnership with members of the Knox Lane team: e.l.f. Beauty, Angie’s, and Schiff Nutrition, where he led significant evolution in areas like supply chain, sourcing/procurement, and lean process implementation. Prior to these roles, he spent 12 years with The Clorox Company in various supply chain positions, most recently as the VP of Product Supply for the ~$2B Specialty Division, and seven years with General Mills in various manufacturing roles. Jon has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University.
