Bio

Scott Cullerton (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Managing Director of KKR, focusing on both private debt origination and capital markets solutions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Cullerton was a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s private equity group and was principally responsible for deal execution. Previously, he specialized in leveraged finance for the financial sponsors group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cullerton started his career in the US Navy where he was a Special Boat Team Detachment Commander. Mr. Cullerton holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Duke University. He is a leader of KKR’s Vets@Work initiative and is a board trustee at Marin Montessori School.
