Bio

Michael T. Shea (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Director in KKR’s Finance group. Mr. Shea is responsible for the firm’s accounting policy, corporate accounting and SEC financial reporting. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Shea was a manager within the Assurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He received a B.S. in Accountancy, magna cum laude, from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
