Lori Hoffman (New York) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Principal on the Legal team. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Hoffman was an attorney at Dechert LLP where she advised registered investment companies (including closed-end funds and business development companies), as well as their investment advisers and boards of directors, on a variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. Ms. Hoffman holds a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
