Jeff Smith (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Director in the KKR Credit Legal department. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Smith worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP where he focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as corporate governance matters. Mr. Smith holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Haverford College.
