Bio

Colin Brodie (London) joined KKR’s Legal/Compliance team in 2010 and is the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for International Markets, working on all aspects of the Firm's Compliance programme. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Brodie was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP for 4 years as a paralegal, where he worked on a number of private equity acquisitions and financings, in particular KKR’s acquisitions of Alliance Boots, Northgate Information Solutions and Pets at Home. Mr. Brodie holds an LLB from the University of Leicester and earned a Commendation in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford.
