Mr. Shahin Sazej serves as a Managing Director at KJM Capital. Mr. Sazej has over 25 years of systems and information technology experience, specializing in software development, telecommunications and Internet business. In addition, Mr. Sazej is a member of the operations team providing C-level expertise to the portfolio companies acquired focusing on identifying and implementing technology solutions to increase the operational efficiencies of our portfolio companies. Prior to joining KJM Capital, Mr. Sazej served as the Senior Vice President of Systems at Sage Telecom, Inc. Prior to Sage, Mr. Sazej served as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President in various telecommunication companies including Supra Telecom, Touchstone Systems, Inc. and Ionex Telecommunications. Over the years Mr. Sazej has worked with portfolio companies of leading hedge fund and private equity firms including Silver Point Capital , Bear Stearns, HIG Capital, Gilbert Global Equity Partners and Texas Growth Fund. Mr. Sazej received his B.S. in Computer Science and MBA in Management Information Systems.
